Panelist Agreement

LVFC 2024 registration is required for all panel and event hosts and their guests.

You may complete this application without registering, however you must have a paid registration prior to your panel / event. Unfortunately, we cannot provide complimentary registration to panelists.

Outside food and beverage are not permitted in any panel or event spaces. If you would like to incorporate any food or drink into your panel or event, please contact panels@lasvegasfurcon.org after you complete this application. Under most circumstances, the food and drink will be required to be catered by the venue.

No sales or collection of money is permitted as a part of a panel / event or in panel / event spaces, with the exception of pre-approved collection benefiting LVFC’s partner charity. If you would like to solicit charitable donations, please select “yes” in the information section of this form and a staff member will be in touch with details.
Workshops may charge for supplies for participation, but these must be at-cost.

Public WiFi is not available in panel and event spaces, and cellular data connections may be unreliable. We highly recommend that any materials needed for your panel or event be downloaded and saved locally on your device prior to your start time. If you require internet access during your panel or event, please contactpanels@lasvegasfurcon.orgafter you complete this application.

Panelist and event hosts are expected to:

  • Abide by all LVFC attendee policies and procedures, including but not limited to our Code of Conduct and COVID-19 and Health Policy
  • Be on-time for their scheduled check-in. The time of your check-in will be provided along with your scheduling confirmation.
  • Notify panels@lasvegasfurcon.org as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled time. Hosts that “no-show” without prior communication with LVFC Programming staff may not be rescheduled.
