Panel Applications

Panels ranging from presentations to game shows to meetups bring our community together, providing an enriching, fun experience for all attendees. Please submit your panel idea below for review!

Some ground rules:

• 18+ Panels must have ID check. Your panel will be cancelled if you do not have someone checking IDs. To make this process easier, the Apollo Ballrooms will be converted into an 18+ only area (“Neon City”) later at night where the convention checks IDs, but any panels hosted outside this location and time require separate ID check.
• Workshops may charge for supplies for participation, but these must be at-cost.
• Meet and Greets: If you have a particular interest you share with others and want to help them make new friends, please host a meet and greet; we encourage it!
