Good morning LVFC Attendees!
We gathered your feedback on our Tuscany shuttles in 2025, and have taken steps to improve service, especially with some programming being at the Embassy.
First, our shuttle service now has a tracking feature so attendees can see where the active buses are located.
Second, we have drastically expanded service, with 3 buses running at most hours in a constant loop between Alexis Park, Tuscany and Embassy Suites. Shuttle service remains free for all attendees.
Approximate shuttle service hours:

| Sunday | 10 AM–6 PM: Every 10 minutes 6 PM–3 AM*: Every 15 minutes |
* Start time is when shuttle leaves Alexis Park. End time is when shuttle pulls into Alexis Park and stops for the night. All frequencies approximate.
We also will have an on-call shuttle for Accessibility needs. Details will be announced soon.
The Alexis Park and Serene are currently SOLD OUT, but we do have extra rooms at Embassy Suites and Tuscany. The Embassy is host to our Arcade and Escape Rooms, while Tuscany has some of our cheapest, largest rooms.
