The second Serene deposit due date is coming up! If you are booked at Serene Boutique, you have agreed to the following deposit schedule:
- First deposit: at booking.
- Second deposit: before or by January 8th.
- Third deposit: before or by February 8th.
- Final deposit: before or by March 8th.
We will send out reminders, but rooms with outstanding deposits after the due dates are liable for cancellation and refund. Attendees booking the vacant rooms will have to pay all the outstanding deposits; e.g. if you book after January 8th, you have to pay 50% rather than 25%.
Serene Rooms are Booked via our ConCat instance. We recommend checking back after each deposit date for openings.
