Devised Year One and improved upon with each year, the Furry Village Program (FVP) is LVFC’s signature reward for longer stays . These longer stays help us maintain a distinct community vibe and also help us with hotel room negotiations.

For 2026 stays, the FVP benefit is:

• $50 off 2027 registration.
• Early access to registration in 2027, when it will be temporarily capped. This cap will be lifted once the first wave of hotel bookings is complete. If you have the FVP, you have much better odds of an in-block room the following year, but are not guaranteed Alexis Park or any particular hotel.

To qualify, you must be the primary guest of a room with the following number of nights:

• Alexis Park. 5 or more nights including the buyout dates of Thursday 4/2, Friday 4/3, Saturday 4/4, Sunday 4/5. Shoulder dates must be in the con block.
• Serene Boutique: 5 or more nights including the buyout dates of Thursday 4/2, Friday 4/3, Saturday 4/4, Sunday 4/5.
• Embassy Suites: 4 or more nights including the buyout dates of Thursday 4/2, Friday 4/3, Saturday 4/4, Sunday 4/5.
• Tuscany Suites: 5 or more nights. Any nights are fine.

Confirmation of Nights:

• Alexis Park, Embassy and Tuscany: automatic via room guest list. Please make sure your reservation name matches your registration name.
• Serene Boutique: Forward your checkout folio to [email protected] so we can check with the hotel that you stayed there the additional nights.

You void your FVP benefits if:

• You do not have a ConCat account for us to note the 2026 benefit on.
• Comped room nights (e.g. VIP rooms) do not count towards the FVP’s quantities. The standard staff reimbursement does not count as a “comped night.”
