All rooms require a deposit of 1 nights room and tax; this is refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours before arrival.
Availability:
- Room capacities are bugged; search for rooms for 1 person and you should see more options.
- If your room type is unavailable all 4 days, book for Friday/Saturday. Inventory is likely to run out for Thursday and Sunday and we will need to add more rooms. After this point, you can modify the reservation to have more nights.
Accessibility:
- To have a ground floor room, you should book a room with “Deluxe” in its name.
- If you require an ADA room, book a Deluxe Queen, then call the hotel at ; ask for the manager on duty to ensure you have an ADA room. This is especially important if you require a roll-in shower, as the Alexis Park has only 7 rooms with roll-ins.
Noisy/Party Block:
Rooms with later quiet hours will be any room with “Extended Stay” in its name. These are towards back of property. Extended Stay rooms come with a stove and full-sized fridge. You do not need to host a party to be in the Noisy Block.
