In an effort to increase attendee safety, the Board of Directors has approved additional incentives for up-to-date vaccinations. These are OPTIONAL and separate from the requirements for registration.
If you show ConOps proof of a COVID-19 vaccination AND influenza vaccination after September 2023, you will receive the following rewards:
- A Jackpot “Vaccinated” Badge with art by CorrieZodori!
- Your badge number will be noted for entry into our vaccination raffle for 2025.
Raffle Prizes
The grand prize for the raffle will be a fully comped, 4 night stay in a Regal or Majestic at the Alexis Park in 2025! You will not only not have to worry about getting a room, but you’ll also be able to attend in style! For reference: Regals and Majestics are both over 1,000 square feet, with Regals spanning two stories (one bedroom with a King, one with a Queen) and Majestics having a hot tub behind their King bed.
Four other entries shall receive a guaranteed stay at the Alexis Park in 2025, with the convention ensuring you have a room booked in your name. Please note that you will still have to pay for the room.
Acceptable Proof
-Digital sources from a pharmacy website (CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, etc.) or from a government source (NevadaIZ for Nevada, MyVaccineRecord for California, etc.).
-Paper immunization records from a pharmacy or government, OR clearly-legible photos of the above.
