After several weeks’ hiatus, LVFC is ready to begin phasing in registration for LVFC 2027 (March 25th-28th)! As a reminder, LVFC registration is initially restricted and opens in phases. Here is the current schedule for Registration and Hotel openings; all dates are in 2026:
- May 2nd. Registration opens, with initial cap in place; only 2026 Super Sponsors, Lifetime Attendees, and FVP recipients can register. Prior Year Supers initially have exclusive access to upgrade to Super; Lifetime Attendees and FVP recipients have their registrations created.
- May 22nd. Super Sponsor becomes available to everyone currently able to register for 1 week.
- May 29th 6 PM Pacific. Registration opens to all, with initial cap still in place. Everyone has 48 hours to pay for their registrations during this period.
- June 7th. All registered attendees will receive links to raffles for Alexis Park and Serene rooms; Embassy rooms are first come, first serve. Raffle adds extra weight to those who can list the user IDs of possible roommates (roommates do not need to be registered yet, just have an account/User ID).
- June 14th. Room raffles conducted, rooms assigned to winners. Winners have until July 10th to pay first installment.
- July 10th 6 PM Pacific. Registration cap is lifted. Spare rooms released for first come, first served booking. Sponsor and Lifetime Attendee registrations become available.
