With our convention approaching, we are sure travel plans are changing for some of you. A reminder of our Registration Policies.
What’s the same: Badges remain fully refundable for any reason up to the con, as they have been since Year One. If you do not pick up your badge, it is refundable until 30 days after the con. After that point, any unclaimed badge automatically rolls over as a credit for next year’s registration.
What’s changed: Rollovers no longer expire. Now, any unclaimed badges will automatically rollover year to year; we will email rolled over accounts to let them know they have one.
The tl;dr: If you cannot make this year (or next year, or the year after that, or…) no action is required from you. You will always have a credit with LVFC until the year you do join us!
