Our website team is designing our pages to try and make them easy to use and understand, but we wanted to get key information out to you via our posts and social media! For today’s news, our hotel block costs!
We read your feedback about the ways the block could seem confusing for 2026, so we are working to streamline it.
What’s the same:
- We are once again buying out every room of the Alexis Park, Serene Boutique, and Embassy Suites.
- Rooms are paid in installments.
- Rooms at Serene and Alexis Park retain bundled registration vouchers as part of Installment 3 to help fill to capacity; unused vouchers will roll over indefinitely. Vouchers are waived for Staff and Dealer rooms.
What’s changed:
- We have created a table of total costs for 4 nights at our buyout properties’ inclusive of tax, fees, and a breakdown thereof; this way, you and your roommates know well in advance what the room will come out to for your budgeting. For shoulder dates, please consult the relevant hotel pages once they are setup.
- Installments 2 and 3 are now in separate Product Categories from Installment 1 to avoid interface confusion.
- Installments 2 and 3 are included as optional add-ons to room types, in case you want to pay off the room in full and have peace of mind.
- Installment 1 has increased in price for most rooms; this allows us to standardize the pricing of Installments 2 and 3 between room types/hotels and reduce confusion.
- Serene rooms now have bundled breakfast buffets and lunch buffets (lunch has hot dogs, burgers, fries, etc.).
- Serene rooms no longer distinguish between balcony/patio views. Please ask for these at check-in.
- Bundled registrations are standardized as 2 per room ($198) for Alexis Park and Serene rooms; this helps reduce confusion.
- Bundled registrations can be used on your own registration.
