The Alexis Park Resort (affectionately known as “the AP”) is where most of our events are held, and the host of our Noisy Block. Its 496 rooms are all-suite, with rooms measuring 450 sqft or more (the US average is 325 sqft). All rooms have a fridge and microwave, there are three pools and there are on-site laundromats so you can travel lighter. Pool 1 is heated during the convention.

All food and beverage purchased at the Alexis Park’s restaurant and bars, as well as anything purchased from the convenience store on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday counts towards the convention’s catering minimum, lowering LVFC’s costs. We appreciate all support.

The Alexis Park is also the location of our grab and go food station.

Access Control: LVFC is restricting access to most of the Alexis Park beyond the lobby to registered attendees. Please be prepared to show proof of registration or hotel booking to enter the property on Friday-Sunday.

Room Types

Here is an overview of the different room types available. You can also find information on the available room types on the Alexis Park web site (or this page for extended stay room types).

Monarch and Studio/Parlor

Monarch and Studio/Parlor rooms are the most common room types at Alexis Park. Monarch has a wall between the bedroom and living areas, while Studio does not.

Both Monarch and Studio feature:

• Stylish modern decor/furnishings
• Bedroom and living room area (including a pull-out sofa bed)
• 32″ LED TV (one in Parlor; two (one per area) in Monarch)
• Writing desk
• Complimentary basic WiFi access
• USB charging ports
• Bathroom featuring shower/tub combo
• Kitchenette/dinette area with microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker (choice of coffee or tea)

Other Room Types

In previous years, Majestic and Regal rooms were available through a dedicated suite raffle. In 2027, there is no separate raffle for these room types, and these room types will instead be available during the normal booking raffle.

Other Hotel Information

Accessibility: Hotel rooms are split between two stories without an elevator; the conference center has elevators for attendees with mobility needs. If you require a first-floor room, please book a Deluxe Room.

ADA rooms are in separate block. If you require roll-in showers or a bathtub with bars, please email [email protected] (please CC [email protected]) with an ADA room request so we can enable your account to book ADA rooms. If your request is not acknowledged, please message [email protected]. You do not need to disclose any particular disability. Please note you must otherwise be eligible to book a room (e.g. have a registration) to book.

Some room types are only on ground or second floor. All “Deluxe” rooms and Majestic Kings are ground floor. All Crown Lofts, and 2 Bedroom/Regal Suites are second floor. Extended Stay rooms can be either floor; if in an Extended Stay room, please ask the front desk for a ground floor room at checkin.

Identification: The Alexis Park requires the name on the room photo ID match. LVFC is a 21+ convention, and guests must be 21+ with a government ID to check in. If you have changed your legal name recently, please bring copies of the name change paperwork.

Check-In Policies. When you check in to the hotel, you will be charged a flat security deposit of $75. The incidental deposit will be refunded after checkout if the room is not damaged. The incidental deposit will also cover room charges at the on-site bar, room service, and restaurant. We recommend using a credit card to pay the incidental deposit as debit cards can take longer to release after checkout. Check-in time is 4 PM, but the hotel allows early checkin (based on availability) for a fee of $25.

Check-out time: Alexis Park’s standard check-out time is 11 AM.

Parking: Free for all guests/attendees; stop by the front desk for a parking pass. The parking lot often fills up by the end of the first day of the convention; you should plan not to move your car unless you want to lose your spot!

Fursuit Policies: Fursuits may be worn Thursday (after 12 PM), all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and until 12 PM on Monday. All other days/times, they can only be worn on the way to/from event spaces.

Parties and Noisy Block

Parties are allowed Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the event only (our “buyout dates”). The Alexis Park has a strict No Party Policy on all other dates. “Parties” are defined as gatherings of more than 4 people in a room. If hotel security finds a room in violation of this policy, they can evict without warning.

Noisy Block Buildings are Buildings 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 towards back of property; this is a total of 132 rooms friendly to partying into the night! All Noisy Block rooms have extended quiet hours of 2 AM rather than 12 AM; parties may continue later provided they do not disrupt other guests. To book a Noisy Block Room, book an Extended Stay room (a room with “Extended Stay” in its name); Extended Stay rooms all have a stove and full-sized fridge, making them perfect for cooking for guests or just to save on dining. The Noisy Block is only in effect for buyout dates (currently Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday); all other dates, the Alexis Park’s No Party Policy applies. You do not need to be a host to be in the Noisy Block.

Noisy-adjacent Buildings are 22, 23, and 24. Request these buildings at check-in to be close to parties.
