The Embassy Suites is our third buyout hotel, serving as our “Quiet Hotel” as it is strictly anti-party. It is connected by shuttle service to Alexis Park and Serene, and also about a 0.6 mile walk. It should not be confused with the Embassy Suites Convention Center a few blocks to the North.
LVFC is looking to host more “chill” functions at the Embassy. It has the largest lobby of all our properties with plenty of seating and charging stations. Functions at Embassy in 2026 included the Charity Poker Tournament, Escape Rooms, GameSaru Arcade, and Pooltoy Party. More functions may be scheduled for Embassy in 2027.
Embassy has free breakfast in the morning and 2 free drinks in the evening for guests staying at the hotel (your room number will be checked prior to service).
Access Control: Access to the Embassy is limited to attendees only. Please be prepared to show proof of registration or hotel booking to enter the property on Friday-Sunday.
How to Book
Please see Hotel Booking page for information on how to book. Please note that for convention dates you must book through LVFC. Any bookings made directly with Embassy will be canceled.
Room Types & Rates
Embassy has these room types available:
- One King Suite
- Two Doubles Suite
All suites include a sofa bed. Room rates are available in a spreadsheet.
Other Hotel Information
Accessibility: To reserve an ADA room, contact [email protected] (CC [email protected]) requesting an ADA room. You do not need to disclose any particular disability. Once received, we will enable your ConCat account to book ADA rooms. If you do not receive a response within 7 days, contact [email protected]. Please note you must still be eligible to reserve a room (i.e. be registered) in order to book.
Identification: The Embassy requires the name on the room photo ID match. LVFC is a 21+ convention, and guests must be 21+ with a government ID to check in. If you have changed your legal name recently, please bring copies of the name change paperwork.
Check-In Policies. When you check in to the hotel, you will be charged a flat security deposit of $50/day. The incidental deposit will be refunded after checkout if the room is not damaged. The incidental deposit will also cover room charges at the on-site bar, room service, and restaurant. We recommend using a credit card to pay the incidental deposit as debit cards can take longer to release after checkout. Check-in time is 4 PM.
Parking: $19/day.
Fursuit Policies: Fursuits may be worn Thursday after 12 PM, all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and until 12 PM on Monday. All other days/times, they can only be worn on the way to/from event spaces. You must have a visible badge, lanyard, etc. showing you are with the event.
Parties
For 2027, Parties are allowed at the Embassy with the following stipulations:
Disturbances. All parties must conclude by 2 AM at the Embassy. Any noise complaints received between 2 AM-11 AM will incur ONE warning. Any further warnings will result in eviction without refund.
Compensations of Other Guests. If the Hotel must compensate other guests for a disturbance caused by one room, that room will be charged for the cost of compensation.
Excessive Cleaning Fees (minimum $250; minimum $300 for biohazard cleanup/smoking restoration). Housekeeping is included in the room rates, but guests will be charged for excessive cleaning, which includes but is not limited to the cleaning of:
- Excessive trash, litter, or food spills left on carpets, furniture, or walls.
- Presence of confetti, glitter, silly string, or unauthorized decorations.
- Bodily fluids (vomit, blood, urine, etc.), which require specialized biohazard sanitization.
- Odor removal due to unauthorized smoking (tobacco, cannabis, or e-cigarettes/vaping).
Damage and Liability: Guests assume full financial and legal responsibility for any and all damages, losses, or destruction caused to the hotel room, suites, common areas, fixtures, furniture, and equipment by the Guest or any of the Guest’s invitees, visitors, or registered occupants (collectively, the “Guest Party”).
- Assessment of Damage: Damages will be assessed solely by Hotel Management.
- Costs: The Guest agrees to pay the full cost of replacement or repair, including any associated labor costs, shipping fees, and immediate contractor service charges required to restore the room/property to its original condition.
- Loss of Revenue: If the room or any other hotel space cannot be rented out to subsequent guests due to damage caused by the Guest Party, the Guest will be charged the standard daily rack rate for each night the room is out of service.
