For LVFC 2027, the first wave of booking for Alexis Park and Serene will occur through a raffle/lottery system. There are more attendees than rooms at the Alexis Park and Serene, so this system ensures fair distribution of the limited rooms available to attendees.

ℹ️ Booking at Embassy and other hotels does not use this system; see normal Hotel Booking page for details on those hotels.

To enter the raffle, you must be registered.

On June 7, registered attendees will receive an e-mail containing a link to a form to fill out to enter the hotel raffle (if you can’t find it, look for e-mails from [email protected]; the subject should be something like “LVFC – Room Raffle Entry Form”). If you plan to stay with roommates, you should coordinate with them to get their information; raffle entries with roommates will have a greater chance of being selected than entries without.

On June 14, entries will be closed and the raffle will begin. The raffle is a manual process and may take several days to complete. If you win a room through the raffle, you will receive an e-mail to your e-mail address on file in ConCat. If you win, you must pay installment 1 of your room by July 10, or your booking will be forfeited.

As of June 21, the raffle has completed. Check your e-mail to determine if you have won a room or not.

Roommates

To encourage occupancy, raffle entries with roommates listed will be weighted more heavily.

What you need to list roommates:

• Your roommates must have a ConCat account.
• Your roommates do not need to have a registration at the time of raffle drawing.
• The information you need from your roommates is their User ID. They can find their User ID on this page after logging in.

If your roommates are no longer able to attend or room with you, there is no penalty. However, we do recommend determining your roommates early when possible.

We suggest you tell your roommates to hold off on registering unless they want an upgraded registration level. By holding off on registering, they will be able to use your bundled registration vouchers when they are issued. (However, if they want an upgraded registration level, they should still register early, since upgraded registration levels have a limited quantity and may be sold out by the time vouchers are issued.)

Super Sponsor Raffle

Super Sponsors must enter through the raffle system as well, but have a dedicated room block. If you aren’t picky about hotel or room type, Super Sponsor guarantees you a room. However, if you are picky about room type or hotel, there are not enough rooms at each hotel to accommodate all requests; the raffle system allows equitable distribution of the rooms in the Super Sponsor block.

Mechanically, entering the Super Sponsor room raffle works identically to entering the raffle as an attendee. However, you do have one additional option: If your requests cannot be satisfied through the Super Sponsor block, you have the option for your raffle entry to be transferred to the normal Attendee block raffle. There will be a check box you can select when you enter into the raffle if you would like to do this.
