Hello LVFC Attendees!
As you know, LVFC has a limit of one room per person in its hotel block so as to allow everyone registered to have a chance.
Reviewing current occupancy and room demand, we have decided to lift this policy for the Embassy Suites and Tuscany suites only. The room limit remains strictly one per person at the Alexis Park and Serene, due to the short supply of rooms there. If you book more than one room, we will reach out to ask which room you want to keep.
In other words, an attendee who has a room already at one of our hotels is free to book additional rooms at the Embassy or Tuscany. Alternatively, a group without a room currently is free to book more than one room at Embassy or Tuscany and ask the front desk to put them close together at checkin.
At present, the Embassy has plenty of availability and is much easier to get into than the Alexis Park or Serene. You can book Embassy rooms HERE. Full Embassy details HERE.

The Tuscany is currently down to ADA rooms only for Thursday checkin, Monday checkout. If you request Friday checkin, Sunday checkout, it still has plenty of rooms. Full details on the Tuscany.
