We know some folks make plans to join us closer to the con so wanted to give an update about our hotels!
At this time, every room at Alexis Park and Serene is completely booked; any openings will be from cancellations. Please follow the LVFC Hotel Updates channel on Telegram for drops as they happen. We expect to see some drops after 1/15 after Installment 2 comes due for hotel guests.
We still have rooms at Embassy, but the supply is slowly dropping: we currently have 2 2-Double Suites (capacity 5 people) and 19 King Suites. You can book one HERE.
Embassy rooms provide free breakfast and an evening reception to their guests. The Embassy is connected by shuttle to Alexis Park and is a buyout property; every single room will be filled by convention attendees! It is fursuit-friendly and hosts our GameSaru Arcade and Twisted Tail Escape Rooms. Please note: the Embassy is our QUIET Hotel with no parties allowed. Our shuttles run past 2 AM to accommodate all your social needs at AP and Serene!
In addition, Embassy stays automatically grant Furry Village Program eligibility to the primary guest, taking $50 off registration in 2027 AND resulting in us creating a registration for you during the time period where registration is capped (thus granting earlier access to our room block before the general public).
