Register for LVFC 2027

LVFC does registration and hotel booking earlier than many cons do. (Why does LVFC do it early?; Why should I register early?) Registration and hotel rooms open in several waves.

Due to high demand, registrations in this wave are expected to sell out quickly, perhaps within minutes. It’s recommended to create an account ahead of time, to save time once this wave opens.

Attendee ($99)

Basic level membership. You get:

  • Attendance to the con for the whole weekend!
  • A badge*
  • A lanyard*
  • A pocket guide*

In addition to all Attendee benefits, you get:

  • Sponsor ribbon
  • T-shirt
  • Earlier availability to Dealers Den Friday entry tickets
  • Earlier registration pickup
  • An additional swag item (to be determined)

Super Sponsor ($349)

In addition to all Sponsor benefits, you get:

Additional Registration Levels

  • Lifetime Attendee: Grants Super Sponsor status for LVFC 2027 and Attendee status thereafter. Only available for purchase starting July 10. LVFC reserves the right to repurchase Lifetime Attendee memberships if LVFC deems necessary.
  • Silver State Sponsor ($1499): Sold out. All the benefits of Super Sponsor, plus a prepaid room of your choice at Alexis Park (with exception of Majestic/2 Story 2 Bedroom suites).

Registration Policies

To register, you must agree to the Attendee Policies. Full registration policies are available on a separate page, but some of the extra important parts are:

  • You must be 21+ to register for LVFC. No exceptions.
  • Registrations are fully refundable until the badge has been picked up or the con ends.

How to Register

  1. Create account on the registration web site (“ConCat”). You will be required to verify your e-mail address.
  2. Once you are eligible to register (see waves above), sign in on the registration web site.
  3. Fill out the registration form, selecting your desired registration level, badge name, and other details. The registration is not in your cart (and free from being taken by someone else) until these are all filled.
  4. If you are rooming with someone else (or have a leftover unused voucher from LVFC 2026), check to see if they have a voucher for you; rooms come with bundled registrations. Otherwise (or if the voucher does not fully cover the registration level you’ve selected), pay for your registration.
