LVFC 2025 Badge Comp Schedule and Policies

LVFC offers comped badges for all kinds of roles. This list is not exhaustive but covers some essentials.

Comped Attendee will always have the at-con price ($95 for 2025).

STANDARDIZED REGISTRATION COMPS

  • All Lifetime Sponsors receive Super Sponsor (ConCat role assigned).
  • All Lifetime Attendees receive comped Attendee (ConCat role assigned).
  • All SNAE Board members receive comped Attendee (ConCat role assigned).
  • All 8-hour staff or higher receive comped Attendee (ConCat role assigned).
  • All Guests of Honor Alumni have comped Attendee (ConCat role assigned).
  • All Dealers receive comped Attendee (ConCat role assigned) and receive a voucher for the at-con value of a badge for an assistant.
  • Anyone who booked 5 or more nights including Fri/Sat/Sun in 2024 has free Attendee for 2025 (ConCat role assigned)
  • All current Guests of Honor receive Super Sponsor.
  • All convention-approved DJs receive comped Attendee. Must create account more than 2 weeks pre-con to be eligible. (Manually issued)
  • All stage acts receive comped Attendee. Must create account more than 2 weeks pre-con to be eligible. (Manually issued)
  • 5 people under Streamer Partnership Program receive comped Attendee in exchange for promoting the convention. Streamer partners are chosen by the VIPs team and vetted by the Programming Director (or designated delegate) to ensure return on investment (i.e. streamers have reasonable following/engagement). Badges are manually comped. Invitation-only.
  • 4 people under the Featured Furries Program receive comped Attendee in exchange for helping promote the convention. Featured Furs are chosen by the Social Media team and vetted by the Marketing Director (or designated delegate) to ensure return on investment (i.e. streamers have reasonable following/engagement). Badges are manually comped. Invitation-only.

UPGRADES

Sponsor+ include discounts for roles with free Attendee.

REFUNDABILITY

Anyone who purchases a badge or upgrade and is entitled to comps is entitled to a refund of the value of their comps, up to the total value of registrations purchased.

STACKING (Must be done manually in ConCat)

If stacking comped Attendee badges, each has the value of the at-con price ($95 for 2025).

All of the standardized comps can be stacked. Someone with two or more comps can also turn them into vouchers.
