Block 26

Block 26 is our Block Party operating out of Building 26 of the Alexis Park. It has been a part of LVFC since its inception. Block 26 is facilitated by LVFC; we help hosts with a proven track record acquire rooms so they can maximize the experience for our attendees.

Room hosts who plan to host an open door party are welcome to apply, but please note the following conditions:

  • Event registration is required for all room hosts; registration reopens to all on July 30th. You do not need to pay for your registration at this time (unless you plan on attending LVFC regardless of Block 26 acceptance), just make sure your registration is completed and is in your cart.
    • If you wish to register as Sponsor or higher, the attendee registration cost will be refunded to you.
    • If you are accepted as a Performer, DJ, Dealer or other VIP, your registration cost will be refunded to you.
    • If you are accepted and also Staff or other VIP, you must forfeit your Staff/VIP room benefit in exchange for your placement in Block 26. (No double booking)
  • You must host at least TWO open invite parties to be approved for this block. Each party must last at least 6 hours each, a combined total of 12 hours. (You may break these down into 3 or 4 smaller parties that span each day or different hours).
  • It’s advisable that the parties occur over multiple days. A single day party is more likely to be rejected even if it lasts more than 12 hours.
  • Failure to host parties during your allocated times will result in denial from future openings in Block 26.
  • All party attendees MUST have LVFC registration and the corresponding wristbands/badges.
  • All party attendees MUST present ID prior to being served alcohol.
  • You may host invite only/private parties at any time outside of your scheduled open-door hours. (Private parties are not subject to a registration requirement, but be careful- if someone is not registered with the event and causes issues, it’s much harder for the con-staff to aid you).
  • Open invite NSFW parties MUST be held on the second floor.
