Good morning LVFC Attendees!
We know many of you have been eager to hear about how we would distribute our 2 Story 2 Bedroom/”Regal” and Majestic King Suites at Alexis Park. For context, there are only 26 (14 Majestic, 12 Regal) of these rooms altogether, so it is impossible to meet the demand for them.
In the interest of fairness, most of these suites will be going to random selection; the rooms are self-paid and any winner is only given the opportunity to book the room. Please review room rates and terms to avoid any surprises about costs/policies.
Majestic Kings have 1 King Bed without pullout, while the 2 Story 2 Bedrooms have 1 King and 1 Queen bed. We can offer both types of suites inside or outside our Noisy Block; Noisy Block rooms are also known as “Extended” rooms, not to be confused with literal extended stay (e.g. checking in Wednesday) reservations.
We have split the rooms into three raffles: one for Super Sponsors, one for all Attendees, and one for all Staff with a 16 hour or higher commitment.
You may enter as many raffles as you are eligible, e.g. Super Sponsors can enter both the Super Sponsor and Attendee raffles, and Staff can enter both the Staff and Attendee raffles.
Entries will lock at August 8th at Noon PM Pacific. Since this date is after the cap on registration lifts, registration to attend LVFC will be required to win a suite. You may enter at any time so long as your registration is complete before the entries are locked. We offer full refunds on registration until the event date.
Once winners are chosen, the room will be added to their cart. Payment for the first installment is due August 22nd to give time to gather roommates/funds if necessary.
