I did not receive a confirmation email or have a deposit charged, is my reservation still good?

Yes, if you reached a checkout page with a confirmation number, your reservation should be good. You may call the relevant hotel to double check. Our partner hotels sometimes do not send emails or charge deposits right away.

Do I need to be registered to stay at the convention’s hotels?

Registered attendees have priority for rooms and LVFC reserves the right to cancel any room in its blocks without a registration. Make sure your legal name in ConCat matches the legal name to avoid being flagged.

If I have access to multiple room blocks, can I book in all of them?

You may book in any block you have access to (Staff, Dealer, Super Sponsor, Attendee, etc.), but have a limit of one room per name.

You may not buy multiple rooms just because you have multiple access levels; e.g. a Staff Super Sponsor cannot book a staff room and “give” a room to a non-Super.

Can I share the booking link?

Links are meant for the relevant groups only. If someone outside your group books (e.g. you slip the Attendee link to non-attendees), they are likely to have their room cancelled, and also be flagged in our registration system. LVFC prioritizes its community members.
