Dealers, VIPs and staff do not need to book rooms in the Attendee block, as they have separate blocks just for them.
LVFC is scheduled for April 2nd to April 5th, 2026 and has four hotels this year. The Alexis Park (AP) is where most of our events are held. Serene Boutique (Serene) and Embassy Suites (Embassy) are all buyout properties (i.e. no non-attendees staying) and within walking distance. Our primary overflow partner, the Tuscany Suites (Tuscany), is a 5-minute drive away but features spacious suites, free parking and a shuttle to Alexis Park.
Other off-block hotels such as Hyatt Place, the Virgin, Bluegreen 36, and Wyndham Grand Desert are all in walking distance. Please note the Virgin is on the other side of Harmon Ave and the crosswalks are a good distance away. For your safety, please do not jaywalk.
Registration-Block Opening Schedule
- July 1st, 2025. Initial Registration in place but anyone can register. Registration is required to book rooms.
- July 12th, 2025 at 12 PM Pacific. Alexis Park bookings open.
- July 19th, 2025 at 12 PM Pacific. Serene bookings open.
- July 26th, 2025 at 12 PM Pacific. Embassy and Tuscany open.
- July 30th, 2025. Initial hotel reservation period concludes. All caps lifted and registration opens without restrictions.
Block-Wide Policies
- All buyout hotels are booked via ConCat. You must have a registration in order to book a room. Other hotels are booked via a direct booking link.
- Reservations without a registration are subject to cancellation. If you cancel your registration, your room will be void unless you transfer it to another registered guest (contact [email protected]).
- All buyout hotels have four-night minimums of Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Guests may depart early but will not receive a partial refund.
- All rooms will require deposit up-front to book; the deposit is equivalent to two nights’ room, tax and fee (if applicable). This is fully refundable if cancelled on or before February 1st, 2026. After that date, one night is forfeited. If cancelled after March 12th, two nights are forfeited.
- The remaining two nights are paid in separate deposits of one night each. Deposit 2 is due January 15th, 2026; Deposit 3 is due February 15th, 2026. Payment extensions may be given but are not guaranteed. You can pay deposits in advance for peace of mind.
- To improve tracking, we usually add the next deposit to a cart. You do not have to pay it immediately, but it serves as a reminder.
- All rooms include the cost of additional registrations as a surcharge on their final deposit. Rooms with one bed incur $99; rooms with two incur $198. Voucher codes will be mailed out close to con which may be given to friends, roommates, or used to upgrade registration (if available). If a room is cancelled, the voucher codes and associated registrations will be revoked as well.
- There is a strict limit of one (1) room per name in our room block. This applies whether you are staff, dealer, attendee or otherwise.
- Party Policies: Party rules vary by property as we have varying or no contract terms with each. Check our Party Policies page or each property’s page below for information.
General Recommendations
- If you need less than 4 nights, we recommend booking at Tuscany Suites or off-block hotels (Virgin, Hyatt, Bluegreen, Wyndham Desert). Keep in mind they have varying fursuit/party policies.
- Roomshare: We recommend the use of our official Telegram chat for finding roomies. While room share is almost always a safe practice to save money at a con, LVFC is not responsible for any possible misconduct by your roommates or scams. We encourage you to use your judgment and services like Scamtracker in deciding who to room with.
- We recommend watching our socials (such as our Telegram Channel and BlueSky) as we report hotel deals when we see them. Las Vegas has thousands of off-block hotel rooms in walking distance.

Furry Village Rewards Program
The Furry Village Program (FVP) is LVFC’s reward for longer stays which enhance the convention’s community vibe and negotiating leverage.
For 2026 stays, the FVP benefit is:
- $50 off 2027 registration.
- Early access to registration in 2027, when it will be temporarily capped and hotel access is reserved for early registrations. This cap will be lifted once the first wave of hotel bookings is complete. If you have the FVP, you have much better odds of a room the following year.
To qualify, you must be the primary guest of a room with the following number of nights:
- Alexis Park. 5+ nights including the buyout dates of Thursday 4/2, Friday 4/3, Saturday 4/4, Sunday 4/5. Shoulder dates must be in the con block.
- Serene Boutique: 5+ nights including the buyout dates of Thursday 4/2, Friday 4/3, Saturday 4/4, Sunday 4/5.
- Embassy Suites: 4+ nights including the buyout dates of Thursday 4/2, Friday 4/3, Saturday 4/4, Sunday 4/5.
- Tuscany Suites: 5+ nights. Any nights are fine.
Confirmation of Nights:
- Alexis Park, Embassy and Tuscany: automatic via room guest list. Please make sure your reservation name matches your registration name.
- Serene Boutique: Forward your checkout folio to [email protected] so we can check with the hotel that you stayed there the additional nights.
You void your FVP benefits if:
- You do not have a ConCat account for us to note the 2026 benefit on.
- Comped room nights (e.g. VIP rooms) do not count towards the FVP’s quantities. The standard staff reimbursement does not count as a “comped night.”
