Hotel FAQs; please direct questions to info@lasvegasfurcon.org.

All room block links except Serene will become public August 11th at 1 PM.

Dealers, VIPs and staff do not need to book rooms, as they have separate blocks just for them.

New for 2025, LVFC has TWO main hotels, the Alexis Park (AP) and Serene Boutique (Serene). Located next to each other, they both offer buyouts to keep the property attendees-only, both laid out motel-style to preserve the “furry village” vibe LVFC attendees love. Due to demand, both hotels are slated to have four night (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) minimums; we recommend booking at Tuscany Suites or off-block hotels (Virgin, Hyatt, Bluegreen, Wyndham Desert) if you need less than 4 nights. Keep in mind they have varying fursuit/party policies.

Even if you cannot grab a room at the AP-S complex, though, Las Vegas is spoiled for hotel rooms, with thousands of rooms in walking distance. This page lists our primary hotels, our overflow partners with contracted rates, and hotels which are convenient but we have no contract with. We recommend watching our socials (Telegram and Twitter) as we report hotel deals when we see them.

LVFC reserves the right to cancel rooms in its block without an associated registration. Please make sure the legal name on your registration in ConCat matches the legal name on your reservation to avoid being flagged for cancellation.

Concerns about hotel rooms should be directed to hotel@lasvegasfurcon.org. Make sure you note the relevant property in your email.

Furry Village Program Incentive

The Furry Village Program (FVP) is LVFC’s reward for stays which enhance the convention’s community vibe and negotiating leverage. New for 2025, the FVP applies to our three main partners, not just the Alexis Park.

For 2025 stays, the FVP benefit is:

  • $50 off 2026 registration.
  • Early access to registration in 2026, when it will be temporarily capped and hotel access is reserved for early registrations. This cap is lifted once the first wave of hotel bookings is complete.

To qualify, you must be the primary guest of a room with the following number of nights:

  • Alexis Park. 5 or more nights including the buyout dates of Thursday 4/17, Friday 4/18, Saturday 4/19, Sunday 4/20.
  • Serene Boutique: 5 or more nights including the buyout dates of Thursday 4/17, Friday 4/18, Saturday 4/19, Sunday 4/20.
  • Tuscany Suites: 4+ nights.

Confirmation of Nights:

  • Alexis Park and Tuscany: automatic via room guest list. Please make sure your reservation name matches your registration name.
  • Serene Boutique: forward your reservation confirmation after the con to FVP@lasvegasfurcon.org so we can check with the hotel that you stayed there.

You void your FVP benefits if:

  • You do not have a ConCat account for us to put the benefit on.
  • Comped room nights (e.g. VIP rooms) do not count towards the FVP’s quantities. The standard staff reimbursement does not count as a “comped night.”

Booking Deposit: One night’s room and tax is charged at booking; this is refundable if cancelled more than 60 days before arrival. After 60 days out, all deposits are non-refundable.

Incidental deposit at check-in: $75 one-time. We recommend using a credit card to pay incidentals so it will clear faster after you checkout. You can use your incidentals to cover room charges for food/drink.

Parking: Free for all attendees; stop by the front desk for a parking pass.

Party-friendly: Parties are allowed on buyout nights (Thursday 4/17, Friday 4/18, Saturday 4/19 and Sunday 4/20). Fursuit-friendly: Fursuits may be worn Thursday (after 12 PM), all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and until 12 PM on Monday. All other days/times, they can only be worn on the way to/from event spaces.

Serene Vegas Boutique

455 E Harmon Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169

Availability Report (8/29): Wave 1 is planned for Saturday, September 7th at 1 PM Pacific and Wave 2 for Wednesday, September 11th at 5 PM Pacific.

  • At first, only the first installments are visible to reduce clutter. Once both waves are booked, we will unlock additional installments.
  • Unpaid rooms will be cleared every 30 minutes.

The Serene is our other primary hotel, right next to Alexis Park (about a 3 minute walk from entrance to entrance). Its 142 rooms are laid out around a central 30,000 square foot courtyard with pool. Most of Serene’s rooms are closer to the Alexis Park convention center than some Alexis Park’s rooms due to Alexis Park’s horizontal layout.

Booking Process

Rooms at Serene for 4/17, 4/18, 4/19, and 4/20 are booked directly through LVFC’s ConCat portal, the same one used for registration; the con directly manages those nights, so the hotel cannot help you with any changes, do not contact them. To extend your stay, please book additional nights on a separate reservation at Serene’s website.

Transparency: LVFC understands this booking process is a bit unusual. However, to book the Serene, we had to agree to pay for all rooms directly and resell them to attendees. We agreed to this so we could secure a buyout venue close to the Alexis Park. We lack the operating funds (most revenue comes in closer to con) to pay all the scheduled hotel deposits out of pocket, so our booking process involves a series of deposits from all Serene reservations to ensure we can make payments.

Booking Rules

  • One room per person.
  • You must be registered and paid with LVFC to book a Serene room.
  • You commit to a 4 night minimum (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) by booking at Serene.
  • You must pay a deposit of one night’s room, tax and fees to book at Serene. This is refundable until after February 17, 2025.
  • You agree to pay 3 more deposits of one night’s room, taxes and fees on January 8th, February 8th, and March 8th, 2025. Failure to pay all 4 deposits will result in a refund and your room being put up for sale. The convention may offer extensions at its discretion.

Cancellation

If you must cancel your room for the buyout nights, go into your Order History and request refunds on your Serene rooms. Please note if you cancel after February 17th, 2025, you forfeit your first deposit but will have any other deposits refunded.

Incidental deposit at check-in: $100 for Thursday checkin, Monday checkout. Any additional nights have an extra $200 refundable deposit. We recommend using a credit card to pay incidentals so it will clear faster after you checkout.
